Sebastian Pötzsch has several years of experience in management consulting as well as in the finance and real estate sector . Mister Pötzsch worked for Accenture Strategy as well as for Deloitte Consulting what enabled him to collect a huge amount of experiences as a project manager in banking.
Furthermore, Mister Pötzsch has a master in General Management from the European Business School (EBS) , Oestrich-Winkel .
Amongst other things , he is responsible for the various business areas like real estates transactions , the conduct of negotiations, the structuring of financial solutions , real estate financing as well as business development besides his function as the CEO and General Manager at Praetorius Capital GmbH.
Jennifer Nathalie Fleck has a bachelor degree in Marketing (B.A.) from the Macromedia University in Munich, as well as a degree in business English from Cambridge Institute.
Misses Fleck was dependent for the marketing strategy of diverse companies and private persons.
Furthermore she managed the global business development of the fashion brand Philipp Plein and was in charge of a high class hotel in Berlin.
In the meantime , Misses Fleck conducts an own company of property management of a variety of residential - and rental houses in Munich.
In her function as a partner at Praetorius Capital GmbH , she is dependent on the business area of real estate transactions . Besides that , she supports the business development in the sector of capital acquisition through her international network of leading investors and she besides that she takes care of the clients in consulting activities.
